Its not a Shiz-tu or Maltese or any of those, it usually has light tan colored fluffy hair and are very tiny...any one know?!

Sounds like a pom (really fluffy) of maybe a Yorkie (not as fluffy).

Try going to www.dogster.com and doing an advanced seach by breed. When you get to the site it will make sense.
