Help! I'm miserable!?

I can't take the heat, but I have to groom dogs in it. Not any a/c and dog hair flying all over the place and in my lungs, I'm sure. I'm even starting to get heat rashes on my neck. Great gig and good pay, so how do I deal with the heat and poor air quality at work???

Help! I'm miserable!?

Buy bandanas and put ice in them then roll it up and tie it around your neck. Or you can use anything else that keeps you neck cool. As for the dog hair... you best bet is a face mask that only allows air in your lungs. Hope to be of help.

There are actually portable (and cheep) AC's that You can buy... some just use ice and a fan...check out http://www.sharperimage.com

Is there anyway you can run a fan?

Even some of the battery powered fans would help, to blow the hair away and get some circulation. Be sure to keep hydrated with plenty of water.

If there is any electrical outlet close, put a fan in. Just one of those inexpensive ones that will plug into the wall. Get well soon!

Achoo!

Help! I'm miserable!?

Buy large fans to place around the place you work. Keep a minifridege of cold packs and cold water. Staying cool is a big thing because you DEFINETELY do not want heat stroke. If all else fails, complain to your boss/landlord about the poor air conditioning and show them your heat rashes. Good luck, and stay cool!

Fan and blue ice cold packs in your pockets.

Heat rashes take claritan at night, and take a cold shower after work.
